Silver Lake Psychology was founded by a psychologist, Brandy Engler, PsyD. After experiences working in corporate healthcare, Dr. Engler set out to create a company culture that elevates the value and voices therapists, administrative workers and patients. We are an all woman-led organization. None of us are investment bankers—we are simply passionate about mental health care. - We do not over-work our therapists. We will not require 35-40 sessions per week.

- We won’t force you to sign a non-compete clause stating that you won’t have your own private practice. . We know that for most therapists, the dream is to have your own private practice. We support you in making that dream come true.
- If you need clinical or administrative support, you can get that support quickly and easily through a call, video or email. We like talking to our therapists !
