Our professional intake team will take care of you at every step of your mental health care. We will hand-pick a therapist based on expertise, treatment approach and even personality. We will provide insurance guidance and will check-in post session to make sure your therapist match feels right to you. Do you accept insurance?

Our San Diego therapists work with most PPO insurance plans. We’ve also partnered with Aetna, Cigna, Healthnet and Anthem HMO plans. Our intake team will check your insurance plan before your first appointment.

Are you offering teletherapy post pandemic?

Yes! Many of our clients prefer teletherapy due to its convenience. They find that they save time, stress and resources to commute, and can more easily integrate their mental health into their daily lives. If you prefer in-person therapy, no worries! We have plans to open the office soon!

What are your hours?

For our client’s convenience, we offer therapy Monday through Sunday, 9am-9pm. This ensures that we are as available as possible for our clients to prioritize their mental health, reduce symptoms, and build skills to improve their quality of life.

Do you work with children or teens?

Yes, we work with teens aged 14 and up.
