Cursha Pierce-Lunderman

Cursha is a Clinical Social Worker who enjoys working with individuals and couples on their journey towards better living. She studied Communications at Stanford University, then deployed to Afghanistan with the US Army where she developed a heart for social work. Cursha went on to receive her Masters of Social Work from the University of Southern California.  She has experience in assisting people navigate multiple life issues such as parenting, transitioning to adulthood, adolescence, marriage, and end of life. Cursha believes in the clients’ ability to use personal strengths to move through difficulties and would like to partner in the process of change. With the combination of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution focused therapy, and other modalities She uses a direct and involved approach in assisting clients dealing with challenges. She works with people addressing anxiety, depression, grief/loss, and issues navigating racism/social justice. As an Army veteran, she has a special understanding of challenges of serving the nation while maintaining a sense of self.  No matter your background,  she is excited to partner with you in learning coping skills and communication techniques that will assist you in healing, moving forward, and embracing your life goals.

We take PPO and HMO insurance plans. If you have a PPO plan, you have the right to see an out-of-network provider. If you have an HMO, you must see an in-network provider. We have both in-network and out-of-network providers. Our intake team will check your insurance coverage and provide copay and deductible information before your first session. We accept most insurance plans. If you don’t see your plan on our list, send us an email.
