Peter Carley

Peter Carley is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been seeing clients for 18 years.  He works with couples and individuals, focusing on reframing problems and building upon successes.  He specializes in gender issues, parenting/adoption issues, including the troubled teen, healthy boundaries, LGBTQ Affirmation, addiction recovery, and life transitions.  Peter tailors his treatment to each individual/couple, drawing upon narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.  His work is informed by attachment theory, particularly how family of origin informs our current relationships.

We take PPO and HMO insurance plans. If you have a PPO plan, you have the right to see an out-of-network provider. If you have an HMO, you must see an in-network provider. We have both in-network and out-of-network providers. Our intake team will check your insurance coverage and provide copay and deductible information before your first session. We accept most insurance plans. If you don’t see your plan on our list, send us an email.
